Veronika Brylinska
Veronika offers creative, non-judgmental, safe and trauma-informed psychotherapy to a diverse clientele struggling with a range of emotions and experiences including anxiety, burnout, work stress, grief, anger, relationship difficulties, self-actualization, and self-esteem issues.
Veronika’s approach is grounded in openness, honesty, trust and humour. Veronika, together with her clients explores how their past, emotions, thoughts, beliefs and behaviours contribute to their current struggles, while exploring different ways of being that guide clients towards a path of physical, mental, and emotional wellness - to become more of who they are and more engaged with the people and the life around them.
Together with her clients, Veronika develops a tailor-made approach to help clients untangle from their issues and pain while guiding them to move in a direction that is important to them, utilizing their strengths, values and appropriate approaches that may include one or more therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Act and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT). During sessions, there is focus on identifying what is within a client’s control to change or influence, explore solutions, education, access of resources as well as processing of the past and integrating it into a more coherent and meaningful life.
Veronika sees individual teens & adults, as well as couples.
