Patricia Tuff
Patricia provides a warm and supportive environment to safely navigate life’s challenges. Her approach is all about highlighting and fostering strengths along with areas of success, growth, change, resiliency and collaboration. She has extensive experience with complex family conflicts, as well as supporting clients navigating the impacts of trauma, loss, grief, self-criticism, self-esteem, parenting, and self-harming behaviours/suicidal ideation. She works from an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed framework and social justice context to build supportive, therapeutic relationships. She draws from multiple modalities, including cognitive-based interventions, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused and Emotion-Focused Therapy. Clients often remark on her warmth, dry sense of humour and insight.
Patricia sees individual children, teens, adults & parents as well as families.
Patricia practises at our Runnymede & Bloor location.
