Arnelle Konyah
Arnelle is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a bachelor degree from the University of Toronto and a master degree in counselling psychology (MACP) from Yorkville University.
Arnelle loves people and is intentional about meeting each person where they are. She understands that many people have struggled and gone through big life experiences. As a therapist, you will find Arnelle to be curious, warm and kind.
If you are experiencing major life changes, navigating new relationships (romantic, platonic and familial), exploring career changes, or just trying to find your footing in the world, Arnelle will work alongside you and help you discover (or rediscover) parts of you that have yet to be explored and help you find your truth and your path.
You will find Arnelle welcoming and open to people of all backgrounds. She will be genuinely interested in your growth and well-being. She strives to create a warm and safe environment. Arnelle’s approaches to therapy include: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Relational Psychotherapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS).
In her free time, Arnelle enjoys playing tennis, listening to music and singing.
Arnelle works with individual teens, adults, families and couples.
