Fees and Policies
We are a team of Registered Psychotherapists and Registered Social Workers. If your benefits plan covers only one of those types of practitioners, let us know.

Feel free to give us call to add your policy information at 647-403-7887 and we’ll be happy to set that up for you.
A session is $185 for one hour (flat fee).
We accept debit VISA, credit cards (including AMEX) and cash (for the exact amount).
Fees will be applied to sessions missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
To ensure that your teen can access our services, we have scheduling policies in place. We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you cancel more than 24 hours before the session, there is no charge — we can just rebook. Appointments cancelled after 24 hours are charged a 50% fee, and if you miss the appointment without reaching out, we charge for 100% of the time.
Our goal is to help you thrive, and the scheduling rule is there to ensure our continued ability to do precisely that. By maintaining these scheduling policies, we can help as many teens and families as possible.
