Emily recognizes that everyone’s experiences, struggles, and strengths are unique. She works with you to understand patterns in your thoughts and behaviours, build self-compassion, and develop practical tools like mindfulness and other evidence-based approaches to manage emotions, strengthen relationships, and feel more confident in yourself. Her approach is flexible and shaped by your needs, creating a space where you can feel heard and supported.
She sees therapy as a journey of self-discovery and connection, helping you live more authentically and in greater harmony with yourself and those around you. Outside of counselling, Emily enjoys yoga, listening to music, spending time outdoors, and being with family and friends.
